The Lockheed Martin facility in King of Prussia, PA is seeking a Maintenance Manager.
Provide daily leadership and supervision for maintenance/construction technicians and/or outside contractors who construct, maintain, and/or repair utilities systems, services, buildings, and equipment via one or more of the following trades: electrical, plumbing, carpentry, air-conditioning, heating, painting, carpentry, building automation systems, Security and locksmith activities and/or general maintenance.
Sets priorities and performs forecasting and allocates the resources needed to complete all preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
Respond to (24/7/365) calls from security, RENOs and all other stakeholders in a timely manner. After assessing the situation, delegate appropriate resources (in-house and outsourced) to execute corrective actions based on priority and impact to business. Communicate corrective plans of action to direct manager.
Develop maintenance schedule (proactive, preventative and corrective). Collaborate across department lines to ensure efficient use of resources.
Basic Qualifications:
-Experience within the maintenance field.
-Experience with supervision of employees.
-Experience working with Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) work order systems, maintain and deliver maintenance metrics.
-Technical experience with infrastructure services: including electrical, chilled water, steam, plumbing, domestic and fire protection services, including Boiler, Chiller, air handlers controls and operations.
-Proficient in Microsoft 360 including Excel, Power Point, Word and One Note.
-Must be a United States citizen and be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret U.S. government security clearance.
Desired Skills:
-Prepare and present verbal and visual presentations to senior leadership.
-Bachelors degree, or enrolled in Bachelor program.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
