Responsibilities:
The Biometric and Identity Intelligence Analyst is responsible for conducting all-source Identity Intelligence-focused analysis and producing intelligence products in support of global missions and customers. The analyst applies an understanding of Identity Intelligence (I2) tradecraft to conduct analytic production
Requirements:
• Demonstrated Senior level knowledge of Identity Intelligence (I2) tradecraft.
• Demonstrated knowledge of NGIC and I2AS missions.
• Demonstrated experience with research and intelligence analytic techniques, strong research and writing skills, and experience with basic computer applications, search engines, and data processing systems.
• Prior experience supporting USARPAC, INDOPACOM or other regionally focused units.
• Demonstrated ability to interact with and provide subject matter expertise to a wide base of senior military leaders, including field grade and general officers.
• Understanding of DoD operations/Multi-Domain Operations and the role of I2 in competition and conflict.
• Prior experience conducting social network analysis, identity prioritization, and providing intelligence support to non-kinetic/competition targeting.
• Demonstrated experience applying ICDs 203, 206, and 208 to the intelligence production cycle.
• Demonstrated experience with a variety of analytical tools and databases to include but not limited to BI2R/I2AR, SOFEX, Palantir, Query Tree, Chrome, Analyst Notebook, Open Source research, Biometric Automated Toolset (BAT), TIDE, Pulse, QLIX.
• Prior experience participating in or supporting Component-level or COCOM-level exercises.
• Prior experience contributing to exercise planning cycles, including the development of Master Event Scenario List (MESL) injects.
• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of ASCC-level staff functions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize customer requirements and communicate and scope to reach-back support elements.
