Key Responsibilities

In this challenging yet rewarding role, you are an integral part of what brings our Company's mission to life. You should have the following required skills, certifications and demonstrated experience in and/or with:

• Must possess an active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph
• Possess a minimum of 11+ years of experience reviewing & redacting classified information for the Intelligence Community (IC) in accordance with the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), Privacy Act (PA), and Executive Order Mandatory Declassification Review (EOMDR) programs and Executive Order (EO) 13526 directive
• We will also consider candidates with 11+ years of experience in a position requiring analytic skills such as intelligence analysts, foreign disclosure officers, CD/CI/CT analysts, etc.
• Bachelor's degree in any liberal arts, scientific or technical discipline will be considered equivalent to three (3) years of relevant experience
• Master's degree is equivalent to an additional year of experience
• Strong proficiency in on-line tools such as Word, Excel, Adobe Pro and other required applications to be able to perform the duties
• Must be a driven self-starter who collaborates with staff and has the capability to recommend and to adapt to new processes
• Must be a team player willing to collaborate and develop robust relationships with clients, colleagues and technical teams
• Skilled in time management with the ability to prioritize competing tasks and multitask in order to meet tight deadlines
• Goal-oriented individual who is able to apply critical thinking and provide out-of-the box solutions
• Ability to communicate effectively with peers and various management levels delivering a proactive experience and approach to high quality services for all stake holders.

Required Education:
A high school diploma and 11+ years of experience specific to the skills listed. Candidate resumes must provide sufficient experience and/or education, knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the duties of the specific position mentioned above.

Optional skill:
The ability to assist with process improvement initiatives
