JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Information Operations (IO) Specialist to support critical defense initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Information Operations or Information Related Capabilities (IRCs), with demonstrated experience supporting Current Operations, Future Operations, or deliberate planning. This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance and offers an opportunity to contribute directly to mission-critical planning and execution efforts.



RESPONSIBILITIES

Support operational planning and execution of Information Operations or IRC-related missions.
Integrate IRCs into planning efforts, including PSYOP/MISO, COMCAM, Civil Affairs, Public Affairs, Electronic Warfare (EW), Cyber Electro-Magnetic Activities (CEMA), and Special Technical Operations (STO).
Provide subject matter expertise to operational teams in either Current Operations or Future Operations planning.
Collaborate with cross-functional and interagency teams to ensure synchronized and effective information strategies.
Deliver timely and accurate recommendations for IO integration across multiple planning phases.




QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Qualifications include:

Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
Bachelor's degree (or higher) with 3+ years of experience in IO or an IRC OR High school diploma (or higher) with 7+ years of experience in IO or an IRC
Experience working in Current Operations or Plans (Future Ops or deliberate planning).
Formal training in Information Operations (IO) or one or more Information Related Capabilities (IRCs), including:
Psychological Operations (PSYOP) / Military Information Support Operations (MISO)
Combat Camera (COMCAM)
Civil Affairs (CA)
Public Affairs (PA)
Electronic Warfare (EW)
Cyber Electro-Magnetic Activities (CEMA)
Special Technical Operations (STO)




Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience working with Joint or interagency teams.
Familiarity with integrating IO effects into joint operational planning processes.
