ISN is seeking a qualified Program Manager to oversee a program that provides support services for a full range of strategic and tactical day to-day security and investigative support services that are required to support on-going and future FBI operations and management initiatives.
The PM will manage or direct (or assists in a line capacity in managing or directing) one or more programs in support of the organization; assist with assessing, managing, and eliminating risk related to schedule and performance; and provide a full range of supervisory responsibilities, such as the assignment of work, setting priorities, coaching, evaluating individual and organizational performance, and training. The Program manager will also project short/long term strategic planning and prepare justifications to support resource requirements.
Job Duties:
Identifies rules, principles, or relationships that explain facts, data, or other information, and draws logical conclusions. Analyzes and provides solutions to complex problems.
Ability to apply systems acquisition processes, policies, procedures, and practices necessary to develop and assess technical and economic feasibility, including cost, schedule, and performance.
Ability to research, plan, coordinate, and brief actions in support of leadership’s goal, objectives, and vision.
Ability to work with and across executive staffs, joint staffs, commands, and agencies.
Provides data-driven metrics and analysis to support decision-making for the organization.
Employs all aspects of quality project management, including risk management, scheduling and cost control, quality assurance, change management and resource management.
Exercises quality control measures over Contractor staff to deliver services and products on budget and schedule per requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree is required. Master’s degree is preferred.
15 years or more of managing all facets of program management (budget, schedule, quality, and risk).
At least five (5) years of experience over the past ten (10) years (two (2) years of experience within the last four (4) years) directly - related to managing or performing responsibilities similar to those described in each Order’s PWS.
Eight (8) years in a specialty related to personnel security being managed which includes scheduling and supervising project personnel.
