Job Title: AI/ML Engineer

Eligibility: Candidate must possess an active TS/SCI Clearance
Job Description: Join a team of professionals who are focused on
accelerating the development of intelligence capabilities through modern
software methodologies including agile development, artificial
intelligence, DevSecOps, and human-centered design processes. We are
looking for ISR AI/ML Engineers to lead development and integration of
AI/ML models to reduce the cognitive burden on SOF analysts. Implement
intelligent automation using GPU-backed compute environments, focused on
mission-relevant insights.

MacDill AFB, FL
Stuttgart, Germany
Joint Base Lewis-McChord, WA

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, train, and deploy ML models within secure DevSecOps pipelines
Collaborate with software and data teams to implement inference into
live platforms
Support explainability and model transparency as required by IC
standards
Work with human-centered design inputs from analysts to shape model
utility
Must-Have Qualifications:
USSOCOM Domain Experience
ISR Background (Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance)
5+ years building production-grade models in Python (TensorFlow,
PyTorch)
Experience deploying AI models on GPU-accelerated DoD systems
Familiarity with software modularization and security controls
TS/SCI clearance
STEM related degree (AI/ML or Data Science preferred)
