ESSENTIALDUTIES HIGHLIGHTS

• Provideoversight and management for IT development teams.
• Perform systemand database administration, file, and access management using Amazon EC2, S3,or similar services.
• Automate dataprocessing workflows and support technical operations.
• Use tools suchas PowerShell, Python, AutoIt, Windows batch, or Linux shell to develop code,algorithms, models, or scripts.
• Integrate andengineer systems while maintaining alignment with emerging technical trends.
• Offer technicalsupport and training to a diverse client base.
• Design,provision, and maintain SQL databases, including capacity planning and troubleshooting.
• Create custombaseline workstations and systems tailored to client needs.
• Design LAN andWAN systems, including backup systems and disaster recovery architectures (DR).
• Evaluatehardware and software products against customer requirements for technical feasibilityand procurement.
• Design, test,and implement Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) and Government Off the Shelf(GOTS) software products for production deployment.
• Maintain thehealth, scalability, and security of Atlassian applications and plugins using DataCenter.
• Manage projectworkflows, permissions, fields, notifications, and agile software developmentprocesses.
• Use Linux forapplication upgrades and troubleshooting service disruptions.
• Administervirtualization environments using VCenter and VM management tools.
• LeverageJavaScript to automate Jira project functions.

CRITICALKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

• Expertise insystem design, engineering, and integration across multiple operating systems,including Windows and Linux.
• Proficiency inadministering and troubleshooting SQL Server databases (2008-2016).
• In-depthunderstanding of Atlassian applications, Jira Service Management, Jira Software,Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo, Fisheye/Crucible, Crowd, and Insight/Assets.
• Familiaritywith agile development methodologies and project workflows.
• Technicalknowledge of backup systems, disaster recovery architectures, and virtualizationtechnologies.
• Ability toevaluate hardware/software against customer requirements and implement scalablesolutions.
• Skilled inscripting and automation using PowerShell, Python, Linux shell, and JavaScript.
• Strongproblem-solving skills with experience in troubleshooting service disruptions.
• Experienceadministering Data Center applications and plugins to ensure optimal performanceand scalability.
• Proficient inVM administration and using tools like VCenter.

MUST HAVE

• An ACTIVETS/SCI with FSP Security Clearance
• 5+ years ofSystem Engineer experience
• Bachelor'sdegree in Computer Science or related field
• The ability towrite code that follows best practices
• Must beeligible to work in the United States
