The Opportunity:
As a CACI-Mission Engineering & Support Senior Videographer in support of US Army North (ARNORTH) Homeland Defense project you will create and produce video content for various platforms, including websites, social media, marketing campaigns, and events. You will provide expertise in creating, filming, editing, and post-production processes, ensuring that the final product meets ARNORTH standards. You will play a vital role in the development of three engaging and realistic fictional narratives produced in multiple multimedia formats for the purpose of enhancing engagements with the target audience and to educate personnel on the critical importance of homeland defense as well as illustrate through immersive, fictional narratives how ARNORTH's unique capabilities and contributions are essential to safeguarding the nation. You will also serve as key member of the ARNORTH graphic design team, and directly coordinate and collaborate with the G5 and Public Affairs staff directorates as required in support of ARNORTH's Homeland Defense project requirements and objectives.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$67,100-$141,000

- Must provide your own equipment in a remote work environment.
- Concept Development: Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to brainstorm ideas and develop video concepts that align with brand objectives.
- Storyboarding: Create storyboards to outline the video's flow and structure, ensuring a cohesive narrative.
- Filming and Editing: Capture high-quality video footage using professional cameras and editing software to create polished final product.
- Audio and narration: enhance video quality with audio and narration as required.
- Project Management: Oversee video projects from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
- Client Communication: Work closely with clients or internal stakeholders to understand their vision and provide updates throughout the production process.
- Work independently from the client-site location with limited government oversight and function effectively as part of the ARNORTH Public Affairs team.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Current Secret Security Clearance.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience; or a bachelor's degree in relevant field of study plus 7 years of relevant experience. We will also consider candidates with 15 years of directly relevant experience.
- Experience working remotely and independently with limited government oversight.
- Proficiency in Video Editing Software: Strong knowledge of editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Creativity and Artistic Vision: Ability to develop innovative concepts and visual storytelling techniques.
- Technical Skills: Understanding of camera operation, lighting, and sound recording equipment.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of portals and other real or near real time knowledge management systems.
Desired:
- Experience supporting the US Army, DOD, or other governmental agencies.
