RiVidium Inc, (dba TripleCyber) is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to apply the Separation Clearance standard operating procedure and policy to conduct the separation process under the e-separation automated self-service function, while directing employees to an informational portal that will alleviate questions to clearance offices.

Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time Description
RiVidium Inc, (dba TripleCyber) is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to apply the Separation Clearance standard operating procedure and policy to conduct the separation process under the e-separation automated self-service function, while directing employees to an informational portal that will alleviate questions to clearance offices.
Responsibilities for this position shall include, but are not limited to:
- Assist separating employees with e-separation system related issues and act as a proxy to create e-separation cases when employees and supervisors are unable to do so.
- Direct employees to the e-separation portal to find applicable information related to employee separation processes and policy.
- Answer general CBD related inquiries and direct non-CBD related inquiries to appropriate separation clearing offices.
- Answer a variety of questions related to the separation process.
- Receive and distribute medical certification forms for completion by employee and answer general inquiries on applicable leave options and advising on completion of final time and attendance in the separation process.
- Review benefits and payroll documents against transactions in the NFC database to ensure coverage is documented and completed per information in the database.
- Prepare, review and report trends/issues related to the Separations Biweekly Report.
- Provide administrative support to the Office of Workers Compensation Program (OWCP).
- Must have experience as an e-Separations Specialist.
- Knowledge of the separation process under the e-separation automated self-service function.
- Ability to create and track separation cases in the SharePoint system.
- Ability to prepare and distribute benefits separation packages (i.e. separations documents, certified benefit election forms, and general correspondence).
