Radiance Technologies, a rapidly growing employee-owned company, is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Analyst to support the U.S. Army Tactical Exploitation of National Capabilities (TENCAP) program. The successful candidate will provide Cybersecurity guidance at meetings, briefings, and design reviews, along with documentation throughout the system development life cycle. They will also provide Cybersecurity guidance regarding currently applicable Cybersecurity regulations and policies, along with assessment & authorization expertise. The Cybersecurity Analyst will assess hardware and software effectiveness and ensure systems remain compliant with applicable policies.
Required Skills
• \tProficiency in LINUX, to include command-line proficiency; understanding LINUX file systems and networking concepts; scripting & automation; system administration.
• \tCompliance with DOD and Army training requirements in DOD 8140.01, Cyberspace Workforce Management; DFARS 252.239.7001, Information Assurance Contractor Training and Certification; AR 25-2, Information Assurance.
• \tSubject to investigative and assignment requirements IAW AR 25-2, AR 380-67, Personnel Security Program, and related regulations.
• \tSignificant eMass experience with D0D/Army/DAMI a plus
• \tFamiliarity with Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency Assessment and Authorization Process Manual
• \tExperience marshalling system through the IATT / IATO / ATO process and communicating status to senior leadership
• \tActive TS/SCI security clearance
Required Experience
• \tMaster's degree preferred in computer science, computer engineering, or related field OR bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field + 8 years of work experience OR 12 years of work experience
• \t15+ years of progressively complex cybersecurity experience in the design, development, integration, test, certification, and accreditation of security solutions for DOD or IC intelligence systems.
• \t8+ years of cybersecurity experience supporting DOD acquisition programs / projects.
• \t5+ years applying Risk Management Framework (ICD 503) for the accreditation of DOD or IC Information Technology Systems.
