The Opportunity:

• Responsible for conducting, and facilitating general and specific training. Duties may include delivering training based on customer requirements using a variety of techniques including face-to-face online, synchronous, asynchronous, and self-paced instruction. May include employing blended learning techniques to include a combination of eLearning tools, lectures, classroom discussions, team exercises, readings, case studies, role plays and demonstrations of required skills through work-related tasks.

Responsibilities:

• You are responsible for providing world-class Countersurveillance Surveillance Detection Course (CSSDC) instruction.
• Plan, develop, and execute instruction of countersurveillance in support of surveillance detection to protect personnel and operations. Course participants develop a solid background in the areas of surveillance methodologies, countersurveillance mission planning and execution, and surveillance detection techniques and execution.
• Deliver classroom-based instruction and assess student performance in field exercises that frequently exceed 8-hours a day, includes weekends, and requires travel within the NCR and CONUS.
• Employ blended learning techniques to include a combination of eLearning tools, lectures, classroom discussions, team exercises, readings, case studies, role plays and demonstrations of required skills through work-related tasks.

Qualifications:

Required:

• TS/SCI with poly or ability to obtain poly.
• Five (5) years of demonstrated experience conducting surveillance and countersurveillance.
• Possess expert knowledge of threat country foreign intelligence entities' (FIE) methodologies and tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).
• Graduate of one of the following: .ICITA CI Surveillance Course (CSC), JCITA Countersurveillance Surveillance Detection Course (CSSDC), Advanced Foreign Counterintelligence Training Course (AFCITC), or an Intelligence Community, Federal or State Law Enforcement school equivalent.
• Able to sit and stand for up to two (2) hours at one time, and be able to walk for up to five (5) miles in one day.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$64,400 - $135,100
