CACI is seeking a Senior Cyber Interoperability Planner to support our customer, U.S. Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM) in Doral, Florida. This position is contingent upon award.
The ideal candidate for the Command and Control Interoperability Program (C2IP) Planner position is a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in military communications systems and interoperability. They should possess deep knowledge of Partner Nation capabilities, Foreign Military Sales processes, and Command and Control Interoperability Board operations, with exceptional analytical skills and the ability to provide insightful recommendations.
Th e candidate must excel in strategic planning, coordination, and report preparation, effectively managing multiple high-impact assignments and budgets. Strong leadership, communication skills, and technical proficiency are essential, as is the ability to function as a subject matter expert across various interoperability projects.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide planning and support for C2IP services, including PN capability tracking and FMS case reviews
- Conduct complex data analysis of PN communications, information systems, and interoperability capabilities
- Develop operational and policy recommendations for FMS and CCIB event support
- Prepare and coordinate C2IP/CCIB reports in support of USSOUTHCOM's mission outcomes
- Track C2IP/CCIB mission taskings and manage spending on CCIN events
- Coordinate PN strategic planning initiatives with USSOUTHCOM stakeholders and working groups
- Lead major technology assignments and function as a technical expert across multiple projects
Required Qualifications:
- Active Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
- 7 + years of cybersecurity or IT risk management experience
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS)
- DoD 8140 certification at Advanced level (e.g., CISSP, CISM, or CASP/ SecurityX )
- Demonstrated mastery of cyber interoperability services and strategic expertise in operational planning ; p roven experience in preparing C2IP/CCIB reports and coordinating with diverse stakeholder ; and p roficiency in tracking mission taskings, managing budgets, and aligning strategic planning initiatives
Desired Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a Journeyman, Interoperability Specialist , and Background in military cyber interoperability planning and strategic communication systems
- Master's degree (MA/MS) and DoD 8140 certification at Advanced level (e.g., CISSP, CISM, or CASP/ SecurityX )
- Experience supervising teams in complex, high-impact assignments , and k nowledge of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) processes, Command and Control Interoperability execution, and complex data analysis techniques
