Position Overview:
Boeing is seeking experienced Systems Engineers to join our team in Albuquerque, NM developing new advanced concepts for the DoD. This position will be starting on the ground floor of a new program with requirements definition, setting up requirements management tools and processes, working with the multi-skilled team to complete an SRR/SFR. The position will support the entire life cycle of the program through design, procurement, integration, test, and validation. This position may serve as the SEIT IPT lead.

Summary pay range (level 4): $119,850 - $162,150
Summary pay range (level 5): $147,050 - $198,950

- Applies an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to lead activities to plan, design, develop and verify complex lifecycle balanced systems and system solutions.
- Leads others to evaluate customer/operational needs to define system performance requirements, integrate technical parameters and assure compatibility of all physical, functional and program interfaces.
- Leads analyses to optimize total system and/or system architecture.
- Leads analyses for affordability, safety, reliability, maintainability, testability, human systems integration, survivability, vulnerability, susceptibility, system security, regulatory, certification, product assurance and other specialties quality factors into a preferred configuration to ensure mission success.
- Leads, develops, maintains and identifies improvements the planning, organization, implementation and monitoring of requirements management processes, tools, risk, issues, opportunity management and technology readiness assessment processes.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills & Experience):
- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
- K nowledge of tasking performed throughout engineering development lifecycle (requirements, design, software, test & integration)
- 5+ years experience with requirements development, verification, validation, ICDs, risk, issues and opportunities management and/or trade studies
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills & Experience):
- 3+ years of experience with DOORS and/or CAMEO
- 3+ years of experience with CONOPS development
