Opportunity:
CACI is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Journeyman, COMSEC C2IP COMSEC Release Manager to join our team to support our customer, U.S. Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM), in Doral, Florida. This position is contingent upon award .
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the C2IP COMSEC processes in alignment with ITIL best practices. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth and efficient implementation of changes across USSOUTHCOM Cyber Information Technology Enterprise Services (SCITES).

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. Key Responsibilities:
- Provides Army Communication Security (COMSEC) services and provides technical advice and assistance for implementing COMSEC program for Partner Nations (PNs)
- Oversees release and distribution of COMSEC materials
- Coordinates with Primary and Alternate COMSEC Managers on release schedules and priorities
- Manages COMSEC material release process, ensuring proper documentation and tracking
- Verifies authorization and clearance levels for personnel requesting COMSEC materials
- Maintains accurate records of all COMSEC material releases and transfers
- Implements and enforces release policies and procedures in line with security regulations
- Conducts regular audits of released COMSEC materials to ensure accountability
- Coordinates with COMSEC technicians for the preparation and packaging of materials for release
- Liaises with external agencies or departments for inter-organizational COMSEC transfers
- Manages the return and destruction processes for outdated or compromised COMSEC materials
- Provides regular reports to Primary and Alternate COMSEC Managers on release activities
- Assists in developing and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for COMSEC releases
- Ensures compliance with all relevant security protocols during the release process
- Collaborates with IT and security teams to integrate release management with overall security strategy
- Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments
- Operates with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems
Required Qualifications:
- Must hold an active secret level clearance
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years' experience
- Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments while supporting multiple projects
- Operates with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with change management tools and ITSM platforms (ServiceNow)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a large, distributed IT enterprise
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and principles
