CACI is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Subject Matter Expert (SME) C5 Interoperability Manager to join our team to support our customer, U.S. Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM), in Doral, Florida. This position is contingent upon award .
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the C5 Interoperability processes in alignment with USSOUTHCOM and Dept of State Mission Planning Objectives. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth and efficient implementation of Partner Nation C5 Interoperability capabilities across USSOUTHCOM Cyber Information Technology Enterprise Services (SCITES).

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth and efficient implementation of Partner Nation C5 Interoperability capabilities across USSOUTHCOM Cyber Information Technology Enterprise Services (SCITES).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides cyber-enabling services to inform and impact IT/cyber systems management, interoperability of Command, Control, Communications, Computer, Cyber, and Information Management (C5IM) systems throughout the Enterprise Information Environment (EIE)
- Uses broad holistic knowledge of life cycle to provide analysis and recommendations to improve workflow and shift left critical software- and hardware-integrated sustainment with minimal disruption for users , administrators, planners, and engineers
- Reviews and validates Service Level Agreements for opportunities and trends in technology integration
- Conducts iterative analyses focused on the proactive sustainment, identifies programmatic shortfalls impeding sustainment, and required changes to ensure sustainment success
- Leads Technical Exchange Meetings (TEMs) and reviews; ensures documentation is provided and stored IAW ERM requirements
- Provides analysis of policy and guidance changes as identified by the Government; recommends updates to planning documents to ensure compliance and clear direction
- Provides analysis of high-level integration issues; recommends integration sustainment/mitigation strategies among ongoing projects and sustainment, solution fielding, and operations
- Provides direct support and recommendations to the PMO CM on technology-driven process improvements that are specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, and time-based
- Supports CM management of the CAB/CCB process and entry criteria, facilitating compliance and rapid movement through the change process and adherence to the Configuration Management Plan
- Provides direct oversight and guidance to site configuration/data managers; ensures monthly metrics are delivered to CM Lead
- Provides direct oversight and guidance to Site Liaisons on HBG processes and integration challenges; receives site-specific feedback system availability and trends
- Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments
- Plans and leads major technology assignments
- Evaluates performance results and recommends major changes affecting short-term project growth and success
- Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments
- May supervise others
Required Qualifications:
- Must hold an active secret level clearance
- Bachelor's degree in information technology , Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 13 years of experience in C5IM roles or a mixture of DoD and commercial experience demonstrating expertise in developing interoperable C5 solutions for non-traditional partnerships.
- ITIL v4 Foundation certification
- DoD 8140 Intermediate qualification or similar industry standard certification
- Proven ability to lead and facilitate meetings with diverse groups of stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with change management tools and ITSM platforms (ServiceNow)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a large, distributed IT enterprise
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and principles
- P roject Management Professional (PMP)
