Job Description
*** Must have an active (or ability to obtain) a TS/SCI with Polygraph Clearance ***
This position is responsible for overseeing the Services Department, which includes custodial, general maintenance, carpentry, and locksmith functions. The O&M Manager - Services will lead and coordinate multiple service lines under the Operations & Maintenance function, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance across all areas. Responsibilities may include personnel management, operational oversight, process improvement, and customer satisfaction.
• Provide leadership and daily oversight for custodial, general maintenance, carpentry, and locksmith teams, ensuring service delivery aligns with contractual requirements and site standards
• Develop and implement service-level procedures and practices that ensure consistent and effective execution of work
• Collaborate with site leadership to identify facility needs and prioritize work requests across service areas
• Support the development and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance plans in collaboration with general maintenance staff
• Coordinate procurement and inventory of supplies and equipment for custodial and maintenance operations
• Develop and manage staff schedules, work assignments, and resource planning to maintain operational continuity across all service areas
• Monitor performance metrics and conduct quality inspections to ensure work meets standards and safety requirements
• Serve as the primary liaison with client representatives for service-related matters, addressing concerns and ensuring responsiveness to evolving site needs
• Participate in the development and review of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training programs specific to custodial, carpentry, and locksmith functions
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service efficiency and reduce operational downtime
• Oversee compliance with environmental, safety, and health (ESH) standards across all assigned service lines
• Support internal reporting requirements and assist with budget tracking for service-related activities
• Other duties as assigned

• Support development and compliance with maintenance planning, SOPs, MOPs, and related procedures
• Establish and maintain performance tracking, reporting, and issue resolution processes
• Support cost tracking and forecasting to maintain alignment with budget and contractual goals
