Description:Come join the Lockheed Martin Space Radio Frequency (RF) Talent Center team and shape the future! You can join our mission and contribute to challenging programs in support of Space Vehicles, Hypersonics, Human Space Flight and Interplanetary Missions, Missile Defense, and more.

Do you want to be part of a dynamic, fast-moving, high-performance team that's creating a best-in-class team culture, all while quickly adapting to ever-changing customer requirements?

In this exciting role and opportunity, you will contribute to the design and analysis of Antenna Feed, RF Reflector, and Electronically Steered Antenna (ESA) solutions for Space Vehicles, Missiles, and Terrestrial platforms. Our Antenna and ESA product portfolio includes a wide range of projects addressing the critical needs of commercial, civil, and government customers

The RF Talent Center is seeking an experienced RF RFIC and MMIC design engineer to lead the development of new technology for Electronically Steerable Array (ESA) Payloads. This position requires proficiency in RF microwave design using discrete, MMIC, and RFIC circuits in hermetic modules in high reliability applications with subject matter expert level knowledge of MMIC and RFIC design and fabrication processes and suppliers.

As an experienced RF Engineer, you will lead ESA MMIC design efforts across all aspects of production and test verification lifecycle. You will tackle the most challenging RF assignments and demonstrate a detailed understanding of your hardware and mission to satisfy both internal and external stakeholders. This role will work closely with other leaders and Subject Matter Experts to manage supplier production and test risks and opportunities. The selected candidate will also work closely with customers to ensure the success of MMIC product deliveries and milestones. In addition, the selected candidate will have opportunities to participate in ESA Design & Analysis efforts across product engineering, analysis, calibration and verification from capture to design to production and operationalization.

This position emphasizes "systems thinking" throughout the life-cycle of payloads, subsystems, and RF and Antenna components.
