- B.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Computer Systems Engineering, OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven experience as a Software Quality Assurance Specialist or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce testing methodologies, including manual and automated testing.
- Familiarity with Scrum Agile development practices.
- Ability to manage multiple Salesforce applications and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience with bug tracking and test management tools.
- Hands-on experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Salesforce-specific tools like Accelq or Test Automation Framework).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills for documenting and discussing findings.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
