Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Information Systems Security Engineer (ISSE) to join our team in Fort Meade, MD. The ISSE will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining security measures to protect our organization's computer systems and networks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity, risk management, and compliance.
Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and standards
• Conduct security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and risks
• Design and implement security controls to protect systems and data
• Monitor and analyze security incidents to detect and respond to threats
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security requirements are met

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• CISSP, CISM, or other relevant certifications
• 5-10+ years of experience in information systems security engineering
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices
• Experience with security tools and technologies
