TTG Solutions is seeking a skilled Windows Systems Engineer with extensive experience in server management and virtual environments. We are looking for an individual who can effectively deploy and maintain enterprise-level systems and ensure their seamless operation.

Description

The Windows Systems Engineer will be responsible for building, deploying, and maintaining both physical and virtual Windows servers using VMware. Key tasks include managing computer objects and security groups with Active Directory, configuring subnets using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, and troubleshooting software and patch issues. The role involves overseeing McAfee EPO products across a large network and utilizing data transfer tools like Aspera. Responsibilities also include deploying and maintaining Microsoft Endpoint Manager and managing Active Directory replication and topology.

Experience Level

Subject Matter Expert Normally requires at least sixteen (16) years of experience specific to the skill or occupation. For specific computer languages, systems or technologies, expertise with the subject matter or technology outweighs the number of years of experience.

Required Skills

• Demonstrated experience building and maintaining Windows servers
• Experience building, deploying, and maintaining virtual servers using VMware
• Experience with Active Directory suite of tools
• Experience using Windows DHCP, DNS, and Site management
• Experience with MECM for software installation and troubleshooting
• Experience managing McAfee EPO, Antivirus, and Drive Encryption products
• Experience operating data transfer tools such as Aspera
• Experience deploying and maintaining Microsoft Endpoint Manager
• Experience with Active Directory Replication & Topology Management

Optional Skills

• Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE)
• Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Practitioner
• Microsoft Certified Solutions Administrator (MCSA)

Benefits

Benefit	Details
Base Salary	$153,387 - $185,679
PTO	30 days annual PTO, which includes holidays.
Retirement	15% company retirement contribution. No match required. Vesting period is 50% per year over 2 years.
Paid Benefits	Company pays all insurance expenses up to 8% of base pay. If your insurance expenses are less that that, we bonus the difference to you.
Annual Bonuses	3% to 5% annual bonuses.
Cell Phone Stipend	$100 monthly phone expense reimbursement.
Training Budget	3 paid training days + $2,500 training budget
New Hire Bonus	$5,000 new hire bonus
