The Systems and Integration Engineer (SE&I) - Lead will provide systems engineering and technical advisory (SETA) services to our Government customer in a dynamic System Program Office (SPO) at the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO).

FTS has an opportunity for a Systems and Integration Engineer (SE&I) - Lead in Chantilly, VA.
The Systems and Integration Engineer (SE&I) - Lead will provide systems engineering and technical advisory (SETA) services to our Government customer in a dynamic System Program Office (SPO) at the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO).
Responsibilities
- Provide proactive support to the Government customer and related tasks in an integrated office environment (Government Customer and Prime)
- Participate SE&I activities while providing programmatic and technical leadership
- Develop productive relationships with Contractor counterparts, functional counterparts, and other subject matter experts
- Collaborate with our Government Customer, preparing, reviewing, and coordinating documents, briefings and data to help facilitate communications and decision-making
- Participate and provide representation in meetings and contractor reviews, providing technical and programmatic SE&I based recommendations and risk assessments
- Plan, coordinate and execute SE-related forums and meetings within the Customer office and Enterprise
- Interact with other organizations in the Enterprise to coordinate and support Enterprise integration, events and reviews
Required Skills/Qualifications
- TS/SCI with polygraph
- BS Physics, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics or related discipline
- 14+ years' relevant experience
- Proficient at program/project management within the customer organization
- Experience with NRO satellite systems
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, programmatic, and problem-solving skills
- Strong briefing and writing skills
