The Opportunity:
CACI is looking for an experienced Enterprise and Solution Architect to support our government customer and their continued evolution towards cloud computing and providing enterprise services to their customer base. The ideal candidate will have a broad background in enterprise IT services and a strong background in cloud architecture, with specific expertise in industry best practices across Development, Security, Operations (DevSecOps), Information Technology Service Management (ITSM), and The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF).

The successful candidate will be able to work in a collaborative environment and prioritize their time and work against competing tasks. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills to define road maps, at the enterprise, domain, and solution specific areas while driving business and mission value.

Responsibilities:
• Defining and driving the adoption of industry best practices and standards through working groups and corporate boards
• Defining road maps and solutions across the enterprise
• Defining technical implementation guides
• Designing and developing high-level solution blueprints for software and systems
• Ensuring interoperability of systems across the enterprise
• Evaluating and selecting appropriate technologies and vendors for projects
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs
• Analyzing, designing, and implementing strategic solutions aligned with business goals
• Design and implement cloud-based solutions that meet business requirements and technical specifications
• Develop and maintain cloud architecture diagrams and documentation
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure proper implementation of AWS architecture
• Optimize existing cloud infrastructures for performance, cost, and security
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring on AWS best practices
• Conduct regular architecture reviews and propose improvements
• Develop and maintain architecture diagrams, road maps, and supporting documentation on a regular basis (quarterly)
• Stay up to date with the latest cloud services and features
• Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
• Implement and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans
• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

Required:
• BA/BS degree and 7 years of experience. In lieu of a bachelor's degree 9 years of experience if AA/AS, or 11 additional years of experience with HS diploma
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related technical discipline
• 7+ years of experience in a technical leadership role
• 4+ years demonstrated experience in an Enterprise Architecture position
• Strong understanding of major cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) to include compute, identity and permissions, storage, boundary controls (VPCs), and networking.
• Certifications in at least one major cloud platform (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect)
• Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
• Strong understanding of Zero-Trust principles and technologies
• Experience with identity and access management (IAM) solutions
• Knowledge of network segmentation, micro-segmentation, and software-defined perimeter (SDP) technologies
• Experience with ServiceNow platform
• Understanding of encryption technologies and key management
• Demonstrated proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Go, Java, Node.js, Python)
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (e.g., CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code)
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to explain complex technical concepts to various audiences
Minimum security clearance for consideration is TS/SCI with required Polygraph

Desired:

• Experience with ServiceNow Workflows

• Certification in at least 2 Cloud Provider technologies (AWS, Azure, Google, or Oracle)

• Additional AWS certifications (e.g., DevOps Engineer, Security Specialty)

• Experience with other cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, Google Cloud) for multi-cloud architectures

• Relevant security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCSP, CISM)

• Knowledge of serverless architectures and microservices

• Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS)

• Experience with big data and analytics

• Familiarity with machine learning and AI services

• Experience assessing and designing highly available fault tolerant solutions with resiliency in mind

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$102,900 - $216,200
