Cryptographic Cyber Engineer
Must hold an active TS/SCI security clearance.
Program Description:
This Crypto/Cyber Systems Security Engineering role requires proven experience in cryptographic module validation, key management planning, and implementing cybersecurity for complex space systems. This specific mission is within Space Systems which encompasses multiple segments to include Ground, Communications, and Space. Supporting the National Security Space mission will allow you to impact people’s lives around the world today, and for generations to come.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Providing cryptographic certification guidance (FIPS-140, NSA processes) to engineering leadership.
Developing key management plans using NSA KMI, including OTAR/OTNK. Preparing System TRANSEC Plans per CNNSP-31 and CNSSI-1031.
Support RMF Cybersecurity, CyberResilience, and CyberSurvivability for SATCOM systems as part of an IPT.
Manage system security engineering (SSE) and program protection requirements, including Anti-Tamper, TEMPEST, RMF, and crypto integration. Skilled in RED/BLACK segregation, TEMPEST, and Cross Domain Solution architecture.
Conduct Attack Surface Analyses and prepare SSPs, RARs, SCTMs, and POA&Ms.
Support space vehicle hardening, secure embedded systems, and real-time OS implementation.
Execute security assessments across DoD, IC, Federal, and SAP requirements.
