Cyber Engineer - TS/SCI

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Top Secret/SCI Cleared Cyber Engineer with experience in National Security Space to join our SETA team in El Segundo, California. We are providing technical advisory support services to the United States Space Force's Space Systems Command and Space Operations.

Program Overview:

In this effort, you will be a part of a specialized engineering team with a large integrator that supports delivering cutting-edge defensive/offensive solutions to spacecraft and advanced ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance) assets, and operations. Projects may encompass model-based systems engineering, modeling and simulation, agile software development, orbital/flight controls, launch capabilities, and other avenues.

Qualifications of the Cyber Engineer:

• 14+ years of experience with:
  • NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF) including NIST SP 800-37, 800-53, SP 800-53A, and FIPS 199/200.
  • Federal A&A efforts and maintaining system security BoEs.
• Experience in the National Security Space and, or the Space Control mission area highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, cybersecurity, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• ISC2 CISSP, CISM, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Must have an active Top Secret with SCI clearance.

Compensation for the Cyber Engineer:

• Salary Range: $180,000-$200,000/year *flexible based on experience*
• Benefits: Cigna medical, dental, vision, 401k, 20 days paid time off, 11 federal holidays, and sick leave as required by law
