What You Will Do:
- Act as the contractor's primary interface with the Government Contracting Officer (CO), Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), government leadership, and agency representatives.
- Oversee contract execution, ensuring performance meets objectives, deadlines, and standards.
- Develop, analyze, evaluate, and improve work methods, procedures, manpower utilization, and delegation of authority.
- Formulate and enforce work standards, oversee contractor schedules, and review work discrepancies.
- Supervise contractor personnel, ensuring policies, procedures, and organizational goals are communicated effectively.
- Ensure compliance with DoD security protocols and operational regulations to maintain contract integrity.
- Report to senior leadership, providing strategic recommendations for contract optimization and workforce alignment.
What We're Looking For:
- 4 years relevant progressive experience with Bachelors in related field; 2 years relevant progressive experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 8 years relevant progressive experience.
- Familiarity with contract management practices, organizational effectiveness, and workforce planning.
- Ability to work under general supervision, supporting contract performance objectives.
- Active DoD Secret Clearance required; must be eligible to obtain TS/SCI clearance
Preferred Requirements
- Experience managing government contracts or defense-related projects.
- Strong ability to coordinate with senior officials and stakeholders to ensure mission success.
- Expertise in process improvement, compliance, and personnel supervision.
