ASRC Federal NetCentric Technology is seeking a Tanium Platform Engineer - Lead (HYBRID) to support one of our federal government clients. The successful candidate MUST possess a active TOP Secret Security Clearance and will lead the design, integration and maintenance of Tanium platform technologies within DoD unclassified and classified environments. The position is hybrid therefore requiring onsite presence 3-days a week at our main customer location in Alexandria, Virginia with travel to Seaside, California as required.

Responsibilities:
- Tanium Engineering and Management : Lead the team responsible for designing, integrating and maintaining Tanium platform modules within unclassified and classified environments. This shall include:
- Implementing required and/or newly acquired Tanium Modules to extend capabilities, such as Interact, Impact, Asset, Discover, Deploy, Comply, Patch, Threat Response, and Trend modules.
- Configure and manage Discover and Connect modules to identify, manage, and maintain endpoints and allow information sharing.
- Address unmanaged Tanium endpoints, maintain applicable maintenance windows for managed endpoints.
- Develop and manage trend boards and sources.
- Detection and Response: Lead the team in participating with cross-functional activities to assess operational impact of enterprise systems as identified in U.S. Cyber Command (USCC) and Joint Force Headquarters (JFHQ) directives. Other activities include:
- Coordinating with IT teams and components to support Automated Continuous Endpoint Monitoring (ACEM).
- Coordinating with teams to identify, configure, and manage intel for Indicators of Compromise (IoCs), following guidance as required by external authorities.
- Reporting and Documentation : Manage and generate generation cybersecurity RMF artifacts such as System Security Plans, POA&M (Plans of Action & Milestones), and security CONOPS (Concept of Operations).
- Continuous Process Improvement: Regularly review and update vulnerability management processes and procedures (SOP) based on lessons learned from routine and event-oriented incidents in accordance with DoD regulations, directives, and industry best practices.
Required Qualifications:
- Active DoD Top Secret Clearance - Tier 5 Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI)
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity or a related field of study.
- Active DoD 8570 IAT Level III certification (CASP+CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP (or Associate), GCED, GCIH, or CCSP)
- 8+ years working with Information Technology with a focus on Information Security
- Hands-on experience with Tanium modules (Interact, Impact, Asset, Discover, Comply, Patch, Threat Response, and Trend)
- This is a hybrid (3-days per week onsite) position in Alexandria, Virginia with travel to Seaside, California as required.
