Responsibilities
- Administers and oversees the administration of human resource programs and a team including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits leave administration, disciplinary actions, disputes and investigations, conflict resolution, performance, and talent management; recognition and employee engagements; occupational health and safety; professional development and curriculum for continued career growth
- Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, new technologies in human resources, talent management, compliance, and employment law
- Manage training program which includes developing training content, distributing, tracking, and maintaining required training reports
- A firm understanding of the Federal Acquisition Regulation
- Provide expert guidance and management of Service Contract Act (SCA) employees to meet state and local requirements
- Oversee onboarding functions for new employees to include the completion of new hire orientation, health and welfare plans, including benefit enrollments and changes
- Negotiates with retirement plan advisors and benefit brokers as well as other vendors to determine best options for Mayvin
- Other duties, as assigned
Qualifications
- BS/BA in relevant field of study
- SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP)
- Ten (10) years of Human Resources experience supporting a Government contractor
- Minimum of seven (7) years' experience leading and an HR team
- Proficiency with various HRIS software

- Master's degree
- Knowledge of Paycom
