Position: Data Analyst
Location Arlington, VA
Pay Rate – $ 85,000 – 88,000.00
Clearance Required: **Must have at least a Secret Clearance*****
Mindbank Consulting Group has an immediate need for a Data Analyst.
Data Analyst Responsibilities:
• Identifies and collects data, analyzes and extracts key data and information, evaluates and monitors data quality to meet the organization's information system needs and requirements.
• Develops innovative solutions to complex problems.
• Works without considerable direction.
Data Analyst Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
• Must have a Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years directly related experience or Master’s degree, and 4+ years directly related experience.
• Must have Active Secret Clearance Required
• Experience handling structured and unstructured data
• Experience conducting data analysis and reporting, including dashboard development, data cleansing, metrics analysis, or research
• Experience with building ad-hoc reports through interaction with stakeholders/clients
• Ability to synthesize and communicate insights based upon information from disparate sources through oral and written communication formats
• Ability to support in person on client site (Arlington, VA) 5 days a week
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor’s degree
Additional Qualifications (optional):
• Experience working with DOD IT systems and/or processes
• Experience with Python, R, Power BI, or Tableau
