Responsibilities
- Exceptional corporate communication expertise, demonstrated through experience writing for diverse audiences, including both broad consumer levels and senior executive audiences
- Proven ability to interact with customers, external stakeholders and program managers in a highly matrixed environment
- Experience engaging with internal and external stake holders, partners, downstream consumers, and senior champions
- Ability to identify and recommend process improvement opportunities for the program
- Success in liaising across organizations to collect and collate important data
- Willingness to travel domestically
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in an applicable field or at least four (4) years of work experience in the area of project management and resource management
- Minimum of four (4) years' experience supporting the IC
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Expertise in tracking and monitoring program activities and initiatives
- Proven ability to plan and organize tasks independently
- Excellent time management
- Strong written and oral communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated experience using MS Office applications and other tools to support and track Sponsor activities
- Proven ability to work independently and identify and implement solutions to issues as they arise
- Outstanding coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers and external entities
