SMX is seeking a seasoned Service Now - Project Manager to lead the delivery of ServiceNow capabilities and manage the integrated team of cybersecurity engineers, architects, developers, and platform designers supporting INSCOM GISA at Fort Belvoir. The Project Manager will oversee day-to-day execution, ensure alignment with customer mission priorities, manage risk and resourcing, and serve as the primary point of coordination between technical staff and government stakeholders. This role demands disciplined project execution, familiarity with DoD environments, and proven leadership in delivering secure, scalable enterprise IT platforms.
This is a full-time on site position Monday - Friday.

The proposed salary for this position is:
$153,200 - $245,200 USD

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee full lifecycle project delivery of ServiceNow implementation and sustainment activities.
- Lead cross-functional technical teams including cybersecurity engineers, platform architects, developers, and support staff. Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risk, and deliverables in alignment with contract requirements and government expectations.
- Ensure the ServiceNow platform meets all security accreditation milestones in coordination with the Cybersecurity Engineer.
- Interface with INSCOM GISA stakeholders to report status, coordinate requirements, and ensure mission alignment.
- Support Agile ceremonies and sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release coordination as needed.
- Ensure quality assurance of technical documentation, including RMF artifacts, design specifications, and deployment plans.
Required Skills & Experience
- TS/SCI clearance
- 7+ years of experience managing large-scale IT projects, including COTS platform deployment and integration.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams delivering secure enterprise services in DoD or IC environments.
- Demonstrated success managing projects in classified environments.
- Proven knowledge of Agile, ITIL, and systems engineering lifecycle principles.
- Strong understanding of platform security accreditation and RMF/ATO processes.
Desired Skills/Experience
- PMP or PgMP certification (active).
- Experience with ServiceNow implementations and delivery.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and working alongside ATO personnel.
- Prior experience supporting INSCOM, Army GISA, or equivalent mission portfolios.
- Working knowledge of eMASS, STIGs, and NIST SP 800-53 control families.
