RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop, and maintain detailed project schedules with defined timelines, dependencies, and milestones
- Track project progress and evaluate performance against planned objectives
- Support integrated master scheduling efforts to ensure cross-project alignment
- Analyze schedule impacts and provide timely insights to program leadership
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine schedules and manage dependencies
- Ensure accuracy, transparency, and timeliness of schedule-related data and reports
- Support risk assessment, resource planning, and schedule optimization
- TS/SCI clearance required, including additional security screenings

- Full Performance: High school diploma/GED with 8 years, associate's with 6 years, bachelor's with 4 years, or master's with 2 years of relevant experience
- Senior Level: High school diploma/GED with 10 years, associate's with 8 years, bachelor's with 6 years, master's with 4 years, or PhD with 2 years
- Expert/Master Level: High school diploma/GED with 12 years, associate's with 10 years, bachelor's with 8 years, master's with 6 years, or PhD with 4 years

- Experience in project scheduling for IT, engineering, or government programs
- Proficiency with scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle phases and dependencies
- Analytical skills for identifying schedule risks and performance gaps
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with multidisciplinary teams
- Experience supporting federal or intelligence community projects
- Certification in scheduling or project management (e.g., PMI-SP, PMP)
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Experience with integrated master schedules (IMS) or earned value management (EVM)
- Background in enterprise IT or infrastructure planning
