RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to align IT initiatives with mission requirements
- Analyze enterprise-level operational challenges and recommend actionable IT solutions
- Guide investment strategies and support decision-making across IT portfolios
- Monitor and manage program budgets, financial execution, and performance metrics
- Translate mission objectives into business and technical requirements
- Support development of enterprise roadmaps and strategic planning initiatives
- Collaborate with program managers, technical leads, and senior leadership to ensure goal alignment
- TS/SCI clearance required, including additional security screenings

- Full Performance: High school diploma/GED with 8 years, associate's with 6 years, bachelor's with 4 years, or master's with 2 years of relevant experience
- Senior Level: High school diploma/GED with 10 years, associate's with 8 years, bachelor's with 6 years, master's with 4 years, or PhD with 2 years
- Expert/Master Level: High school diploma/GED with 12 years, associate's with 10 years, bachelor's with 8 years, master's with 6 years, or PhD with 4 years

- Strong experience in program management, business analysis, or enterprise IT strategy
- Proven ability to align mission goals with IT capabilities
- Expertise in budget tracking, resource planning, and strategic investment
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills
- Familiarity with federal acquisition, IT governance, or enterprise architecture frameworks
