RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct cybersecurity risk assessments and vulnerability analyses
- Design and implement security frameworks (e.g., NIST, RMF, Zero Trust) for enterprise systems
- Develop, evaluate, and refine defense-in-depth strategies and incident response plans
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with federal cybersecurity regulations
- Provide guidance on security architecture and secure system development lifecycle practices
- Track emerging threats and propose solutions to reduce cyber risk exposure
- Prepare detailed reports and briefings for executive leadership and technical teams
- TS/SCI clearance required, including additional security screenings

- Full Performance: High school diploma/GED with 8 years, associate's with 6 years, bachelor's with 4 years, or master's with 2 years of relevant experience
- Senior Level: High school diploma/GED with 10 years, associate's with 8 years, bachelor's with 6 years, master's with 4 years, or PhD with 2 years
- Expert/Master Level: High school diploma/GED with 12 years, associate's with 10 years, bachelor's with 8 years, master's with 6 years, or PhD with 4 years

- Strong background in cybersecurity strategy, risk management, and compliance
- Experience with security assessment tools and practices (e.g., Nessus, Splunk, SCAP, STIGs)
- Knowledge of federal cybersecurity policies and standards (e.g., FISMA, FedRAMP, NIST SP 800-53)
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience supporting cybersecurity for intelligence or defense systems
- Familiarity with cloud security, Zero Trust architecture, and endpoint protection solutions
- Background in incident response, penetration testing, or threat intelligence
- Experience implementing RMF within classified environments
