Program Manager

Radiance is seeking a dynamic and effective team leader to assist ensuring program delivery across a large technically diverse engineering team delivering critical services to our clients. Must have a strong interest in fostering strong client - team interactions and driving performance to the technical edge while looking for opportunities to integrate innovation.

Role:

• Cultivating customer relationships and intimacy to develop further opportunities within the customer community.
• Developing new business opportunities through long term strategic planning, capture planning, and development of proposals and business plans.
• Establishing a program organization that effectively addresses customer requirements and incorporates the necessary internal and external sub-organizations.
• Leading and directing cross-functional Integrated Program Teams (IPT) to meet program cost, schedule and technical performance objectives.
• Measuring and reporting program performance.
• Delivering presentations to customers, executive management and other program stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Active TS/SCI
• Knowledge and experience managing and problem solving across a large technical team
• Bachelor's degree and demonstrated progressively complex program administration experience managing programs. May substitute equivalent experience in lieu of education.
• Recent and relevant experience working for or with NASIC
• Demonstrates detailed and extensive technical application of program management principles, concepts and practice as well as comprehensive program management and leadership skills to include organizing, planning, scheduling, and coordinating workloads to meet established deadlines or milestones.
• Must be able to develop solutions to complex problems that require regular use of ingenuity and creativity.
• Strong communication, leadership, presentation and interpersonal skills are required to enable an effective interface with other departments, all levels of management, professional and support staff, customers, potential customers and government representatives
