Jericho Dynamics is looking for a highly skilled Senior Technical Targeter to support essential missions in a dynamic and evolving environment. This role requires advanced technical expertise, critical thinking, and the ability to turn complex data into operational outcomes. The ideal candidate thrives working across diverse teams, can manage high volumes of information, and delivers clear, actionable insights that drive success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead collaboration efforts with teams and partners across various locations to align on mission objectives.
• Track, assess, and report operational progress, suggesting new strategies as needed.
• Maintain impeccable documentation and ensure proper file organization.
• Provide mentorship to junior team members, sharing expertise and lessons learned, when needed.
• Foster open communication with stakeholders, ensuring timely updates and feedback loops.
Required Qualifications:
• Extensive experience working in a technical targeting role, with deep familiarity with Customer tools and databases.
• Expertise in exploiting and analyzing networks, including wireless, CNE data, and cellular systems.
• Strong background in building professional networks and maintaining key community relationships.
• Skilled at producing analytical reports, cable writing and executive-level briefings.
• Broad understanding of modern telecommunications and technical systems vulnerabilities.
Core Competencies:
• Technical and HUMINT targeting proficiency, with the ability to bridge gaps between technical analysis and human intelligence.
• Solid knowledge of how cellular, computer, and wireless technologies function, and how to exploit their vulnerabilities.
Preferred Expertise:
• Hands-on experience using Python, BASH, or similar scripting languages.
• Ability to conduct in-depth research and turn findings into practical strategies.
• Competency in reading and translating foreign-language materials to support mission analysis.
