Lead or facilitate teams focused on high-priority, game-changing technologies.
  • Policy & Budget Oversight: Contribute to policy development, drafting responses, and supporting budget and management processes. Assist with Congressional Special Interest Items, GAO studies, and various compliance efforts.
  • International Collaboration: Work on international S&T efforts, including US-UK partnerships, NATO R&D initiatives, and agreements with allies like Canada and Australia. Assist in preparing key documents such as Terms of Reference and Data Exchange Agreements.
  • Financial Support & Planning: Develop financial documents, including funding plans and allocation letters, and assist in the budgeting process. Help ensure compliance with DoD/Interagency data calls and financial reporting.
  • Event & Meeting Support: Provide logistics and coordination for high-level meetings, workshops, and conferences. Prepare materials, agendas, and briefings for senior DoD leadership, ensuring smooth execution from planning through action item follow-ups.
  • Technical & Operational Analysis: Conduct in-depth assessments of new and emerging technologies across the ten program areas. Provide technical insights to leadership on the evolution of threats and defense technologies.
  • Research & Intelligence Gathering: Stay ahead of trends in defense technologies, conducting technology intelligence and research on key scientific developments, emerging threats, and relevant international activities.

Qualifications:
