As a Security Network Administrator (that has the ability to obtain and hold a TS/SCI with a CI poly), you will be in a position that is responsible for maintaining the networks for the security systems - Access Control Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems and Video Surveillance Systems. You will be an integral part of our team, building trust together by delivering innovative results that provide unparalleled security and peace of mind.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Use IT knowledge to develop security networks
  • Coordinate with system users to identify network needs and aide Security Team and individuals on how to use the network effectively
  • Maintain security networks including firewalls, switches and routers as well as other physical hardware
  • Install and configure network equipment
  • Monitor computer systems to improve network performance for all systems
  • Troubleshoot, resolve and communicate networking issues
  • Maintain current knowledge and understanding of security and networking best practices to offer the best solutions and protection to company systems


Important skills, knowledge and abilities for this role:
  • Understanding of network services and networks such as TCP/IP, OSPF and EIGRP
  • In-depth understanding and practical knowledge of networking systems such as WAN, LAN, firewalls and routers
  • Ability to analyze and evaluate networks, identify issues and provide solutions to ensure networks are operating efficiently
  • Ability to design, implement and troubleshoot security infrastructure
  • Ability to manage several projects simultaneously from design to implementation
  • Ability to communicate technical information to other technical team members and also to coworkers in other departments who may not have knowledge of networking technical terminology


Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (or similar) and 3 years' experience OR 5 years' experience
  • CompTIA Security+ Certification
  • CompTIA Network+ Certification OR Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
  • Clearance Required - TS/SCI w/ CI Poly
