Key Responsibilities
In this challenging yet rewarding role, you are an integral part of what brings our Company's mission to life. You must have the following required skills, certifications and demonstrated experience in and/or with:
- Providing subject matter level of knowledge, skills, and expertise to end-to-end system engineering and O&M support.
- Capturing IT requirements.
- Identifying and delivering complex network architecture solutions.
- Working across multiple organizations with competing priorities to resolve IT systems and networks issues, improve system workflow, and provide engineering solutions to meet mission requirements while adhering to security policies and plans.
- Providing support to facilitate, enable, and drive IT system requirements to fruition.
- Analyzing the current state of systems and networks ensuring protections and privileges within, identifying future needs, and providing recommendations.
- Communicating complex technical concepts, requirements, and technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Responding to and resolving inquiries regarding software and hardware operation.
