Job Description:

As an Open Source Research Analyst - Spanish, you'll leverage your advanced language skills and analytical expertise to assess, interpret, and report OSINT (Open Source Intelligence) data. You'll play a critical role in supporting national security objectives through detailed analysis of publicly available information and foreign media. Your work will directly support operations by delivering timely, accurate, and contextualized intelligence to key decision-makers.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Conduct open-source research using Spanish-language materials and sources across a range of platforms, including foreign websites and social media.
  • Evaluate, analyze, and synthesize publicly available information into insightful reports and assessments.
  • Maintain awareness of cultural nuances, social customs, and region-specific terminology to ensure accurate interpretation.
  • Translate and summarize source material, ensuring clarity, consistency, and adherence to analytic standards.
  • Collaborate with team members and analysts to produce finished OSINT products.
  • Support time-sensitive taskings and provide briefings to operational and intelligence stakeholders.

Minimum Education/Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience with Spanish language analysis, OR High School Diploma and 7+ years of experience with Spanish language analysis
  • 3+ years of experience conducting Open Source Research (OSR) or Open Source Intelligence (OSINT)
  • Demonstrated experience researching in the Spanish language on foreign websites
  • Experience with foreign social media platforms, local customs, and regional terminology
  • Reading and Listening proficiency at ILR 3+/3+ or ACTFL Superior level in Spanish
  • Active TS/SCI clearance

Pay Range:

$100-115k

The Ennoble First pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
