We're seeking a highly experienced Senior Aviation Military Analyst with deep knowledge in Electromagnetic Warfare (EW) and Cyber operations. This role is vital to supporting Army Aviation modernization through strategic analysis, concept development, and capability assessments. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct analysis of aviation organizations to support formation-based assessments, simulations, and annual capabilities needs assessments.
• Evaluate aviation platforms' resilience and vulnerabilities in Large-Scale Combat Operations (LSCO).
• Tailor analytical methods to assess the effectiveness of electromagnetic and cyber protection measures.
• Support authorship and revision of JCIDS and related requirements documentation.
• Provide expert insight into aviation survivability equipment (ASE) and cyber/EW threat mitigation.
• Deliver high-level technical writing products including white papers, operational views, and concept documents.
• Participate in Army-level CBAs, Joint Working Groups, and experimentation events.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Rated Army Aviator or EW Warrant Officer with 15+ years of combat operations experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in capability management or combat developments.
• Deep knowledge of electromagnetic and cyber threat environments relevant to Army Aviation.
• Demonstrated experience implementing and training on aviation ASE systems and EW/Cyber defense tactics.
• Strong writing and editing skills-capable of producing graduate-level deliverables.
• Ability to work independently while aligning with senior-level strategic guidance.
• Prior experience as a Tactical Operations Officer (TACOPS), SEMA operator, or Electronic Warfare Officer.
• Leadership in aviation-related capability development efforts or operational testing.
• Team member in an Army Capability-Based Assessment (CBA) for ISR or EW threat systems.
• Primary author of a JROC-approved JCIDS document.
• Experience with fixed wing ISR platforms or counter-EW systems integration.
• Skilled in facilitating Joint Working Groups and operational concept development.
