As a Security Systems Administrator - LENEL (that has the ability to obtain and hold a TS/SCI with a CI poly), you will be in a position that is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, testing and configuring large Enterprise Video Surveillance systems. You will be an integral part of our team, building trust together by delivering innovative results that provide unparalleled security and peace of mind.
Key responsibilities include:

• Support system users
• Perform daily health checks for the Regional System(s)
• Troubleshooting and testing with technicians for new or current system installations
• Provide suggestions for system enhancements
• Collaborate with engineering and integrators on new system design
• Provide support for customer issues reported through the help desk
• Ensure systems back-ups are complete and verified
• Proper documentation of system programming
• Perform programming actions to add new components
• Establish or modify new connections
• Establish or modify Access Panels, Readers and Doors, Alarm Panels, Access Levels, Time zones and local and/or Global IO features
• Develop training materials
• Conduct user education sessions
• Provide instruction and advice for system users internally and externally
• Analyze hardware problems and issues related to the system software

Important skills, knowledge and abilities for this role:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft Windows Workstation and Microsoft SQL
• Exceptional troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently or with a small team
• Exceptional organizational skills

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or similar, OR minimum 3-5 years' experience
• LENEL Certification - Enterprise Level (Preferred)
• CompTIA Security+ Certification (Preferred)
• Experience in technical systems and systems integration, preferably in Physical and Technical Security with knowledge of security hardware, software and network functionality, as well as informational and network security (Preferred)
• Clearance Required - TS/SCI w/ CI Poly
