The Garrett Group is in search of a Logistics Manager to oversee critical operations at the Joint Center for Electromagnetic Readiness (JCER) under an upcoming contract. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth execution of service deployment certification events and mandatory prerequisite training essential for deployments supporting Combatant Commands (CCMDs). The Logistics Manager will conduct routine assessments, evaluating venues, events, and units while adhering to established standards such as the Universal Joint Tasks (UJTs) and the EMOE Characterization Framework.

Qualifications:
Required Experience:
- Proficiency in planning and managing information systems to meet logistical requirements for an entire organization, identifying areas needing logistical support.
- Ability to integrate diverse activities into a cohesive logistics plan to support organizational events and activities, with a focus on continuous evaluation and adjustment for efficiency.
- Monitoring progress against logistical plans and standards, identifying and addressing delays or issues to ensure logistics requirements are met.
Desired Experience:
- Experience in coordinating and evaluating efforts of others to identify specific logistical requirements, with the flexibility to adjust plans and schedules accordingly.
- Competence in the full spectrum of logistics activities including design, development, procurement, planning, production, storage, distribution, maintenance, transportation, utilization, and disposal of materials and equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead logistics management operations, including planning and coordinating logistical actions to support organizational missions and programs.
- Identify requirements for the organization's logistics program, including financial, facility, manpower, material, and support services, ensuring standardized and timely provision of necessary support.
- Maintain and update supplies, inventories, equipment, and programs to uphold the readiness of the logistics program.
