The Garrett Group is currently seeking a Senior-level Air Command and Control (C2) Analyst for an upcoming contract to undertake critical responsibilities at the Joint Center for Electromagnetic Readiness (JCER). These duties primarily involve conducting routine assessments of service deployment certification events and mandatory prerequisite training essential for deployments in support of Combatant Commands (CCMDs). JCER executes these tasks by meticulously evaluating venues, events, and units, while adhering to established standards such as the Universal Joint Tasks (UJTs) and the EMOE Characterization Framework.

Qualifications for candidates include:
Required Experience:
- Expertise specializing in USAF C2, although experience with any other service C2 platform is acceptable.
- Operational-level experience, with a preference for candidates with broader assignments at higher levels such as Joint, CCMD, and Service-level staff.
- Proficiency in developing detailed mission analysis and integrating resources to determine capabilities necessary to meet mission requirements.
- Understanding of current service C2 capabilities, including communication/tactical data links and tactics, with knowledge of vulnerabilities in the presence of threat EMSO to provide recommendations to service or joint tactics, weapon schools, or publications based on findings of JCER evaluations.
- A minimum of eight (8) years of military experience demonstrated with a Bachelor's degree or higher.
Desired Experience:
- Analyzing threat data and managing the receipt and dissemination of foreign intelligence information.
- Ability to evaluate emerging EMSO threats to present findings, conclusions, and recommendations based on evaluation results.
- Training and certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) is highly recommended for individuals lacking desired military leadership experience.
- A minimum of twelve (12) years of demonstrated relevant experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting tactical, operational, and strategic-level research regarding the impact of existing and emerging EMSO threats on joint operations.
- Conducting studies, performing research, reporting, and making recommendations concerning instrumentation and evaluation resources necessary to execute risk reduction and evaluation events, ensuring coordination of communications, logistics, materiel, data collection, and personnel training, issue and alternative definitions, and personnel requirements for each designated activity.
- Collaborating with partnering agencies that share interests in support of data collection, reduction, or Joint EMS Operations (JEMSO) in conjunction with JCER evaluations.
