Key Responsibilities
- Own all accounting functions, including general ledger, financial reporting, bank reconciliations, and intercompany accounting across multiple entities.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and P&L reports for each business unit and the consolidated group.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis efforts to support strategic planning.
- Manage payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing across all locations.
- Oversee the timely payment of bills, vendor management, and expense tracking.
- Conduct bank and credit card reconciliations, and ensure financial integrity across all platforms and accounts.
- Implement and maintain internal controls, accounting policies, and financial procedures.
- Coordinate with external accountants for tax filings and year-end audits.
- Provide actionable financial insights to ownership and leadership teams.
- Support systems and process improvements across the finance function to enhance scalability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive accounting experience
