Qualifications

You Have:

  • Experience with deploying, operating and maintaining web services within hosting or cloud environments
  • Experience with Infrastructure system administration support by monitoring application usage, vulnerability patching, and using VCenter and VM administration
  • Experience with Atlassian jQuery, developing Atlassian web user interfaces, and additional web UI frameworks.
  • Experience with designing and developing engaging and targeted content and messages to internal audiences on digital platforms using Atlassian Suite and web content creation skills to support Jira, Confluence, and integration with Corporate SharePoint websites
  • Knowledge of features and administrative responsibilities for maintaining the health, scalability, manageability, and security for the Atlassian applications and plugins using Data Center and all aspects of project workflows, security, permission, fields, and notifications.
  • Experience with the Atlassian Architecture and Suite of software products including, Bamboo, Bitbucket, Confluence, Crowd, Fisheye/Crucible, Jira Service Management, Jira Software, and Insight/Assets.
  • Experience administering the Atlassian Suite, writing JQL (JIRA Query Language), constructing Confluence pages, performing installations and migrations, and working with JIRA filters, reporting, dashboards, workflows, fields, administration, and 3rd party add-ons.
  • Experience managing Linux/Unix system patches and using Linux for application upgrades and troubleshoot service disruptions
  • Experience developing valuable metrics, gather and translate business requirements into Jira projects and dashboards, advanced filters for end-users and business leadership, and use JavaScript to enhance automation of Jira projects
  • TS/SCI with a polygraph
  • HS Diploma or GED


Nice to Have:

  • Experience with or understanding of authentication and authorization fundamentals
  • Experience with web application development
  • Experience maintaining a VMware or Hyper-V infrastructure.
  • Experience with Windows Operating Systems.
  • Experience or familiarity with Server/RAID.
  • Experience programming in bash, ruby, or python.
  • Knowledge of authentication and authorization fundamentals
  • Experience in identifying, integrating and implementing technology-enabled solutions and industry-best practices for the Sponsor.
  • Experience with supporting and managing a Hadoop environment.
  • Atlassian Certification, Microsoft Certifications, Cisco Network Certifications, Linux Certifications, VMware Certifications, ITIL certifications, Cloudera Certified Administrator, Jira Administration for Data Center and Server (SCP-100), Jira Essentials with Agile Mindset, or Confluence Administration Data Center


Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $115,143.26 /year in our lowest geographic market up to $165,143.26 /year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Dependent on the position offered, sign-on payments, relocation, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of full paid medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
