The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a Senior Procurement Specialist to plan, execute and monitor all SCITLS program procurements supporting our customer, U.S. Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM), in Omaha, Nebraska. The Senior Procurement Specialist will work directly for the PM and PMO and will utilize CACI's procurement system (P2P) for all procurement actions.
The work location for this position is Omaha Nebraska. This position is contingent upon award of the United States Strategic Command SCITLS contract.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The Senior Procurement Specialist will work directly for the PM and PMO and will utilize CACI's procurement system (P2P) for all procurement actions.

Responsibilities:
- Implements travel and purchasing processes through lifecycle consistent with supporting a multi-tenant stakeholder environment and ensures requests are submitted in a timely manner
- Conducts research and procurement analysis to identify potential suppliers and contracts for goods and services
- Monitors and analyzes market trends to ensure their organization obtains the best-possible prices and terms
- Manages relationships with suppliers, tracking purchase orders and monitoring compliance with contracts
- Leads program analysis and reporting, including cost control tasks across the program
- Coordinates all procurement requisitions (PRs) and purchase orders (PO) in CACI's corporate procurement system (P2P)
- Manage procurements associated with new technical directive letters (TDLs)
- Manages the SCITLS program purchasing cards
- Reports/tracks procurement statuses as part of the SCITLS PMO team
- Provides Quality Assurance (CA) on all purchasing requests
- Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments
Qualifications:
Required:
- Current TS with SCI eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in science (BS) or a bachelor's degree in arts (BA)
- A minimum of 8+ years of experience managing, executing and tracking project/program level procurements actions
- Proven experience in program procurement operations to include purchase requests and purchase orders.
- Proven experience with supply chain management and supply chain risk management
- Has experience using the P2P purchasing system
- Required 8140 Cert within 6 months: 802 - Basic; Approved DoD 8140 cyber-related certification; OR
- A bachelor's degree or higher from an ABET* (Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology) accredited program in cybersecurity, computer science, or a related field OR
- A bachelor's degree or higher from an institution designated as a Center of Academic Excellence (CAE)* in Cyber Defense Education by the National Security Agency (NSA) and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) OR
- Possess and maintain the Defense Acquisition University (DAU) CCYB 002A Cybersecurity for Program Managers Credential. This credential is obtained by completing an 8-hour course and requires recertification every three years. If not already held, the successful candidate must obtain this credential within 6 months of hiring, completed outside of regular work hours. The employee will be responsible for maintaining this credential throughout their employment by completing the required recertification every three years. AND
- Have completed the Defense Acquisition University (DAU) CLE 074 Cybersecurity Throughout DoD Acquisition course. This is a 4-hour course. If not already completed, the successful candidate must finish this course within 6 months of hiring, completed outside of regular work hours.
- *Note: ABET accreditation or CAE designation must be current at the time the degree was awarded.
