The Opportunity:
Join CACI as a Quality Analyst enabling the provision of IT services under the SCITLS contract supporting USSTRATCOM. You will be part of the IT Service Management Office enabling program success and continual improvement across the SCITLS team. You'll be responsible for supporting quality and identifying opportunities for improvement and program risks.
This position is located in Omaha, Nebraska and is contingent upon award of the United States Strategic Command SCITLS contract.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$41,700 - $83,400

Responsibilities:
Quality Analyst, Junior:
- Applies fundamental concepts, processes, practices, and procedures in assisting with corrective actions as directed by the Stakeholder Engagement Lead
- Maintains and updates program documentation, including policies, processes, plans, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure they remain current and accurate
- Conducts audits to verify compliance with task order and other identified requirements
- Performs work that requires practical experience and training
- Identifies and reports on risks and opportunities for improvement
- Performs work under supervision
Qualifications:
Required:
- Current Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in science (BS) or a bachelor's degree in arts (BA)
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated analytical thinking skills
Desired:
- IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Certification
- Six Sigma Green Belt
