In this exciting role, you'll take charge of independently designing, constructing, and managing a variety of technology environments from the ground up. Our standard pay ranges are based on the role's function and level, benchmarked against similar growth-stage companies. The final offer will also be influenced by the candidate's skills, responsibilities, and relevant experience.
Compensation Range
The Compensation Range for this role is $110,000 - $150,000.

Key Responsibilities
- Design: Build and configure multiple technologies and systems from initial setup through full lifecycle management.
- Administration: Manage and maintain IT systems, including both physical and virtual environments, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Troubleshooting: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system and application issues, collaborating with team members for efficient solutions.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including specifications, configurations, and reports.
- Security Compliance: Implement and oversee security measures to comply with governmental and organizational protocols.
- Collaboration: Work with engineering and IT teams to align system designs with operational requirements and best practices to deploy new infrastructure, services, and software solutions.
- Perform other professional duties as assigned.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Additional years of experience can be substituted in lieu of degree.
- 5+ years of experience designing, implementing and administrating enterprise IT environments.
- Active TS/SCI Clearance, read in within the past 2 years.
- Strong understanding of network architecture and hands-on experience with networking concepts and configurations, including firewalls, VLANs, and VPNs.
- Proficient in Windows and Linux operating systems, with a focus on server administration.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies and management of virtual environments.
- Experience with security compliance and ability to assist in maintaining confidentiality for classified systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges.
- Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience within the aerospace or defense industries.
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong background in cloud infrastructure and SaaS platforms, with experience managing configurations, access controls, and application integrations.
- Strong project management skills and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
