The Opportunity: As the PEO Aircraft Carriers Refueling and Complex Overhaul (RCOH) Analyst Support for PMS 312D, the candidate shall provide comprehensive Program Analyst Support to the Team in their management area of responsibility. The person filling the role would need to apply program management knowledge to the team.

Responsibilities:
  • Interface with the In-Service Carrier Refueling Complex Overhaul and Team.
  • Develop reports for meetings, conferences and summits, as required.
  • Coordinate with Aircraft Carrier community stakeholders.
  • Provide specialized program management support to include assisting in developing briefing, action item responses, point papers on a variety of topics within PEO Aircraft Carriers
  • Oversee program document work flow/correspondence process.
  • Coordinate, run, and attend meetings as required.
  • Provide comprehensive support to program Refueling Complex Overhaul and Modernization Managers.
  • Interface with the entire team on projects and deliverables.
  • Provide coordination and integration of PMS 312 office operations across PMS 312 codes upon directives/guidance from PEO CV Front Office, PMS 312 PM/DPM, NAVSEA policy, etc.
  • Assist the government team in addressing and responding to complex inquiries, usually on short notice, that potentially require multiple sources of data.
  • Assist in carrying out daily tasks associated with the development, direction, and continuity of policies, programs, and operations.
  • Collaborate with the Program Office staff (internal and external stakeholders) to ensure program deliverables are accurate, developed for senior leadership review, and submitted on time IAW schedule requirements.
  • Draft documentation and briefing material as needed to support milestone decisions, program reviews, forums, congressional inquiries, and related events Track training requirements.
  • Produce Travel Orders.
  • Assist in meeting preparation/ take meeting minutes as required.
  • Oversee program document work flow/correspondence process.
  • Maintain Teams Structure, to include posting information and reports, as requested.
  • Provide disposition tracking for all Action Items as required, with activity/code involved in developing, or concurring in responses.


Qualifications:
Required:
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years of related or applicable professional experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to interface efficiently with team members and technical leads.
  • Possesses an active DoD Secret Clearance.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Power Point and Teams.
  • Must have good verbal and written communication, interpersonal, problem solving, analytical, detail-oriented, and organization skills.


Desired:
  • DoD experience.
  • NAVSEA PEO Aircraft Carriers experience a plus.
  • Aircraft Modernization knowledge or experience is a plus.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$71,500 - $150,200
