Job Description:

CACI is seeking a Senior Master Scheduler (Projects) to provide technical expertise and leadership in developing and maintaining the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for USSTRATCOM's enterprise IT projects. This role will focus on resource and capacity planning, schedule risk analysis, and coordination with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives. The work location is Omaha, Nebraska, and this position is contingent upon the award of the United States Strategic Command SCITLS contract.

The Opportunity:

Join CACI as a Senior Master Scheduler (Projects) to lead scheduling efforts within the Architecture & Engineering (A&E) team for USSTRATCOM. You will develop and maintain the IMS, coordinate with project teams and stakeholders, and identify risks and opportunities to ensure successful project execution in a mission-critical environment. The work location is Omaha, Nebraska, with the position contingent upon contract award.

Responsibilities:

Master Scheduler (Projects), Senior:

  • Develops and maintains the resource/capacity-mapped Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for projects and the overall program


  • Creates and updates schedules on a weekly basis to reflect changes


  • Notifies management of potential risk areas in the schedule


  • Possesses and applies comprehensive knowledge of tools and techniques related to the IMS and proposed schedule for implementation


  • Coordinates with Business Operations Lead and Project Managers to incorporate team schedules into the IMS


  • Coordinates with subcontractor teammates and Government personnel, and attends and participates in meetings


  • Evaluates performance results and recommends major changes affecting short-term project growth and success


  • Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments, including development of TDLs


  • Identifies and reports on risks and opportunities for improvement


  • May supervise others


Qualifications:

Required:

  • Education/Experience : BA/BS + 7 years of relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.


  • Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility


  • Required 8140 Certification : 802 - Basic (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CAP, GSLC) OR applicable ABET-accredited/CAE-designated degree OR equivalent training OR Foundational Qualification Alternative (DoD Component Waiver).


  • Required Certification : Must possess one of the following certifications at the time of hire: Project Management Professional (PMP) , Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) , PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)


  • Expertise in developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) using tools like Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.


  • Proficiency in schedule risk analysis and resource/capacity planning.


  • Excellent coordination and communication skills to align stakeholders and manage project schedules.


  • Ability to identify and mitigate risks in complex, mission-critical environments.


  • Proven ability to lead scheduling efforts for large-scale IT projects in fast-paced, high-stakes settings.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$70,900 - $148,900
